From September 17 to 19, 2026, we participated in the NOA Biochemistry Conference, held at the Sheraton Hotel in San Miguel de Tucumán. Over three days, professionals from different parts of the region visited our booth to learn about our latest developments, discuss the reality of their laboratories and share their experiences with Diestro technology.

Our participation had a purpose that went beyond showcasing instruments: connecting with the professionals who work in laboratories every day, listening to their questions and continuing to strengthen our relationship with users, potential customers and distributors throughout northwestern Argentina.

The 103AP V4 family and the V4r with Sampler Cap Pierce

During the conference, we showcased the complete line of Diestro 103AP V4 electrolyte analyzers, designed to meet different needs and workload volumes.

We also presented the V4r model equipped with the Sampler Cap Pierce, a development recently recognized with the Argentine Good Design Seal.

Autosampler Cap Pierce - Premiado Sello Buen Diseño argentinoHaving different configurations available at our booth allowed us to discuss the specific needs of each laboratory with professionals and explore how the instruments can be adapted according to required parameters and daily workflows.

For a laboratory, choosing an instrument goes beyond its features. Access to technical support, continuity of operation and an effective response to technical needs are also important factors.

That is why these conversations are particularly valuable as we continue to strengthen Diestro’s regional support together with our distribution network.

We also received specific questions about the minimum sample volume required by the analyzers, an important consideration for certain laboratory workflows.

Beyond the questions themselves, it is especially rewarding to meet professionals who already work with Diestro instruments and simply stop by to tell us that they use them regularly and to share their positive experiences.

The semi-automatic analyzer continues to meet a specific need

Among the products that generated the greatest interest during the NOA Biochemistry Conference, the semi-automatic analyzer once again stood out.

The event highlighted the diversity of laboratories across the region. Not all laboratories process the same volume of samples or require the same level of automation, and many professionals find semi-automatic configurations to be a suitable solution for their daily workflows.

This reality is part of one of the principles guiding the development of the 103AP V4 family: offering alternatives that can adapt to laboratories with different needs.

When peer recommendations become trust

One of the most meaningful encounters was with professionals who had purchased their equipment after CUBRA.

Some had discovered Diestro after receiving advice from our team and learning about the experiences of colleagues who were already using our instruments. In Tucumán, we met them again, this time as users, and had the opportunity to hear about their experience with the equipment firsthand and answer new technical questions.

In a sector where purchasing decisions have long-term consequences, recommendations among professionals have particular value. Technical specifications are important, but trust is also built through everyday experience, support and the response provided after the instrument has been purchased.

A trade show is also an opportunity to strengthen connections

Our participation in the conference allowed us to establish new contacts with professionals interested in incorporating electrolyte analyzers and to strengthen our relationship with those who already work with Diestro.

During the trip, we also met with representatives from Diagnostika, Mosse, EMSA and Coech División Veterinaria, distributors with whom we work to bring our solutions and support to different regions of the country.

In addition, special commercial conditions were offered throughout the three-day event for the purchase of new equipment, and a prize draw was held among visitors who stopped by our booth and provided their contact information. On Friday afternoon, during the break, the winners of a smartwatch and two thermal bottles were selected using an online tool. Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to the winners: Helga Sayago, Mabel Farias and Sol Garrido!

What we take away from Tucumán

Trade shows and scientific conferences are an opportunity to present technology, but they are also a valuable source of information that would rarely appear in a commercial report.

Understanding what concerns professionals, which instruments work best for specific workflows, which technical questions come up repeatedly and how much value regional support provides allows us to better understand the environment in which Argentine laboratories operate.

We return from Tucumán with new contacts, conversations that will continue beyond the event and, above all, more information to continue developing and supporting solutions that address real-world needs.

We thank all the professionals who visited our booth, took part in the activities and shared their experiences and questions with us.

Diestro. Made in Argentina. Chosen Worldwide.
