The company’s debut at the Uruguayan Biochemical Congress reveals valuable insights and opportunities for growth in the region.
From June 5 to 7, 2025, Diestro participated for the first time in the Uruguayan Biochemical Congress, organized by the ABU in Montevideo.
This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s international expansion and its commitment to being close to professionals across Latin America.
Although Uruguay represents a small market, Diestro identified high potential and relevant diagnostic needs during the event. One point that stood out was the specific interest of many professionals in lithium measurement, a test that is not always available locally. Despite its low volume, this determination is frequently required and often outsourced.
At Stand 12, attendees were able to see the versatility of the V4 family of electrolyte analyzers, including the V4r model — ideal for laboratories seeking to expand parameters without adding operational complexity.
Diestro continues to learn, adapt and evaluate the potential of its solutions in new markets. The company thanks the entire ABU organization for the warm welcome and looks forward to participating in future editions.
